About All India Skill Development Organisation
All India Skill Development Organisation (AISDO) is a not for profit organisation registered on 8th March, 2017 under Indian Charitable Trust Act 1882. The Trust is formed to increase human excellence through proper training and guidance from different personnel of the society. One of the main objectives of the Trust is to encourage the young generation, barring any caste, creed gender or economic background of the society, towards entrepreneurship to transform them from job seeker to job creator.
AISDO started its humble journey in the year 2017 to be more precise on 8th April of this year. Collective decision of the Managing Trustees to extend a supporting hand to the under privileged mass of the society in rural or urban dwellers was the impetus behind forming this trust. This is a not for profit trust with a mission of providing and awareing the people about the facilities prevailing in the society and thus uplifting their economic, social and moral development. AISDO is free from the evils of caste, creed and gender discrimination, poverty and illiteracy moving with the aim to establish harmony.

Some Activities and Progrmmes of AISDO:
I) 1 Year Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Programme (ESDP) on Beautician:
This 1 (one) year ESDP on Beautician was a paid programme and started on 03/05/2017 at Preety Beauti Parlour and Clinic at Jhaljhalia Malda. 10 (ten) women candidates enrolled their names and joined the traiing course. Smt. Kavita Kumari, Chairman of AISDO, Social Activist and a renowned Beautician of Malda with an experience of more than 20 years in this trade inaugurated the training.
II) 1 Day Workshop on Jute Handicraft
This 1 Day Workshop on Jute Handicrafts was organised on 88/88/2017 at Palpara, Krishnanagar, Nadia. Smt. Tapati Ghosh Garai, Honorary Advisory Board Member of AISDO, Social Activist and an Artisan was the instructor of the programme. She discussed on how to start a Micro Enterprise on Jute Handicrafts. She also discussed on how to get Artisan Card. About 30 local people attended the Workshop.
III) 1 Day Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp (EAC)
This 1 Day Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp (EAC) was organised on 88/88/2017 at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Shri Avik Ranjan Das, Former District Industries Centre Manager, Social Activist and Honorary Advisory Member of AISDO delivered the lecture. He emphasized on “Why and How to Start a Micro Enterprise”. About 20 local people participated in the EAC.

i) Independence day of 15th August, 2017
Our Chairman hoisted the Indian Flag at the premises of the AISDO at 8 am in the morning and was slowly lowered down in the evening. A few children with their parents were present in the occasion of national flag hoisting. A little girl sung the National Anthem and got appreciation from the gathering. The National Flag was slowly lowered with due respect to the nation at 6 pm.
ii) Republic day on 26th January, 2018
Our Chairman hoisted the Indian Flag at the premises of the AISDO at 8 am in the morning and was slowly lowered down in the evening.
iii) World Environment day on 5th June, 2017
On 5th June, 2017 at 5 pm a talk on “Importance of observing World Environment Day” was organised at the premises of AISDO. Eminent social worker Shri Tuhin Kanti Das delivered a talk on this occasion.
iv) World Entrepreneurs Day on 8th August, 2017
On 8th August, 2017 at 5 pm the World Entrepreneurship Day was observed at the organisation. Awareness programme on Entrepreneurship was organised at the premises of AISDO
